Printer/projector is disconnecting upon touch
Hello all, I'm experiencing an issue with either my projector or printer(I'm not to certain if it's one or both) sometimes disconnecting when I touch the printer. It doesn't always happen, and I don't think it's an issue with static. I already have the power cable that should nullify the static tran...

Re: New Computer, no success
When you're in the Intel Graphics options make sure to select the projector instead of the laptop monitor in the drop down menu. The option to select Full RGB will be in the 'Advanced' tab Yep found it! Had to restart the computer a few times but it's showing up now. Thanks. Lets hope this works now.

Re: New Computer, no success
Did you set the Quantinization Range to FULL in the intel options, just like it shows in the instructions? If you don't see that option in there, you may need to update your intel graphics drivers. So I've just downloaded the drivers that the Intel Driver Update Utility recommended. There still isn...

New Computer, no success
Hey all So I've just been having a hard time trying to figure out why my new computer isn't getting success. http://i.imgur.com/ChutW9p.jpg I've tried loosening the tension on the vat film, switching usb ports for the printer, re-calibrating... I think that the issue may be that the InFocus isn't pr...

We were robbed...
(If this isn't allowed, please delete) Hey all, Last Sunday my store was burglarized. The burglars took almost all of my inventory, as well as the laptop that was being used at my 3d printing station. I don't know why, but we can only assume that it was because they thought that's where the camera r...

Re: Horrible Print lines
At first glance it seems like the film is way too tight and would cause lines like this. If it was a bearings issue, the lines would show up less often. I suggest replacing the film per the video instructions and try the print again. If you get the same lines again, contact support and we can see i...

Horrible Print lines
How can go about fixing this? I've had print lines before, but never this bad. Should I oil the bearings? I've already moved the arm up and down about 10-15 times. The film is in good condition, for the most part. There are some "creases" but they are either on the opposite end from the bu...
