I am curious how everyone is cleaning then curing this mix? After I take it off the base I run it in the ultrasonic for a few minutes then rinse under the faucet and in alcohol and then under the lizard light for a couple hours. Still feels slightly sticky or oily, is this normal for this mix? Will...

Curing under water is not a recommended as there are water soluble additives in it which aid in casting.

Considering that there are water soluble additives in WaxCast, I would not cure in water.

UV only. If you heat cure it above 140F, it will melt/ooze.

I believe instead of doing 1350F we topped out at 1200F and held it there for longer. All of the other time and temperatures were the same in our burnout schedule.

Let me get the information for you. This was specifically tested with WaxCast (which worked in our tests) so I cannot speak for what will happen if you mix someone else's resin in with WaxCast.

We have successfully done stone-in-place casting with it during testing.
