Had the same issue.
Annoying.
We dismantled the projector and found out, that there are parts that are moving.
Try to tighten all screws. we allso put paper around the lens.
It helped!!!
Now with the lines after 1 cm we have no clue what is going on. settings are as recommend.

Re: shifted layers everytime after 1cm
is it possible to send me this sheet ?
We got the notebook and the solus already with all settings.
I would have to wait till next week, because i have no idea where the setup-informations are.

shifted layers everytime after 1cm
Hello everyone.
We are very happy with our solus.
Sadly we recognized shifted layer - everytime at the same hight. It looks like that the projector exposes longer for this certain layer - Is that possible.
How could i solve this issue?
Best regards
Christian

Re: yellow gold casting - "new" burnout
We use a master alloy from Legor, and add palladium to get 15 % of palladium in our alloy. For Whitegold we use 1300 °C. ( flasks 500 °C - (we found out, that the combination of high temperatured melt and low the low temperature of the flask are optimal. palladium shrinks a lot, so we get really awe...

Re: Whitegold - Castings with emerald resin
Only casting with emerald limits my experience with casting resins in general. 2 key factors I focus on are high temp (my furnace is programmed so I can't recall but 1450F for 4hrs seems correct) and air flow. In the past investment breakdown seemed to be the issue that was solved with boric acid. ...
