Re: One quality higher than B9 Cherry?
Eddy The B9 forum has a ton of info on it about the cherry resin. Plus as you know a lot of guy's/gal's on 3Dcad forum using it also. I know a guy on Gemvision forum that cast every day using cherry and having fantastic results. He is using the B9 printer. I have only cast a few items, but they came...

Re: Partial print failure
Somewhere there is instruction on how to check and adjust the build platform to be flat against the plate. I had this problem.
Also make sure you have not resin stuck to the film from a precious fail. That the film on that side is tight and not rippled.

Re: Broke my Solus :-(
You have to be careful when you have a stop. CW will act normal because it's not using the usb after it sends the print command. Unless you stop the print from CW. But even then I have had no response to the printer if the file get corrupted. The other day I stop a print cause it wasn't printing cor...

Re: Mis prints
So your supports should look like a Tee-pee? The supports on this ring were all the same. I put the ring at an angle from suggestions of others. I thought it did print better thank flat on grid.

Will try that. I don't have a whole lot of room between projector to wall. Right now it's 15in laptop projector printer. Just enough room to open printer lid and not hit wall. I run a fan to keep things cool.

Ok How do you do this when you need the grid showing to move it? Kind of small print to read from the table.

Re: Mis prints
Eddy I was think the same thing. I cleaned my vat and put in on the printer. I see that there is a slight bubbling in an area where it failed. guessing from getting failed parts off of film. My fails seem to stick really good to the film. Will try again. This second print did better but still failed...

Re: Mis prints
Not that I can see. being a textured band I could see the outside of band failing, but not the inside. It's smooth. I might not had the supports at the edge. but the bottom did start printing fine. Just printed another one. Same thing at same spot. I ran it through Netfab. I will send you the file.
