Ditto everything Emil said! If you see any residue residue at all after wiping the crystal surface, it can disperse the uv light and adversely affect prints. I just used Netfabb for the first time on a ring model that checked out fine in Rhino mesh repair but kept failing. It's very good at finding problematic areas. In my case it was several small openings left over from edge filleting.
