Re: Important: Stirring and Shaking the Resin Bottles
I use a wooden dowel to make sure it reaches the curved bottom of the bottle and then shake the crap out of it. NO fails since then

The Lizard lamp is made to simulate sunlight for reptiles. Works very well

Re: Print Failures since Contour 1.4 upgrade
Gary, I had problems with mine not cutting on bad off automatically. I had bought a plug from the electric store and it was the wrong one. It should cut on and off by itself, otherwise it uses your lamp up if you forget it.

Re: scale adjustment not working as expected
I do 3% to allow for some shrinkage and polishing. Be sure to check your grid calibration and do not over, tighten the screws when you put the vat in. Barely any touch and pressure. My prints are at 100%, have not had a failed print in a long time. Casting is great with the prestige investment

Re: Prestige investment
I have cut my burnout to 2 hrs at 350, 1.5 hours at 850 and 3 hours at 1375. Then soak at 850 for 3 hours. Working great. I now only cure in the melody susie for 10 minutes and then 1.5 hours under the lizard lamp. I can grow a plate full, cure and set up for casting the next morning.
