Re: Replacement Projector
You should ask your Dealer. I suppose new Solus printers also come with a different projector than in the past. Unless they have a secret stash of the old projectors.

Re: Casting and Curing Tips for Easycast HD
Thanks rkundla. I will keep on trying. My curing has to be good. After a couple hours in glycerine under UV. Turning every so often. I was planning on printing a bunch of the same model. Curing together and then sending them to different casters. And see what they make of it. Then I get a way of com...

Re: Casting and Curing Tips for Easycast HD
Sadly I do not know where it was located. I did not do the casting myself.
My suspicion is that the bad part was the lowest part of the model. So all ash fell to that side. But I might be wrong.
You think is is from overheating in the flask that caused this?

Casting and Curing Tips for Easycast HD
Hey Guys, I have printed some models with Easycast HD (brown) resin. Cured it under UV lamp 40Watt and submerged in glycerine. For several hours. After curing the models felt and sounded like plastic. I could not scratch them with my fingernails. One model I send to a caster. He has no problem with ...

Re: Print problem. What cause this issue?
If there is sunlight shining on your resinVat it might also cause small pieces to harden. A bit like cooking milk to long and a thin film will appear. filter your resin when pouring back in to your bottle. And filter your resin when pouring in to the vat. Also I sometimes get small flakes of resin o...

Re: Solus Wax Pro
Post some pictures of your failed Easycast prints. Many people are printing successfully with it, myself included.
I am sure the people on this forum can help you get great prints with it as well.

Re: My first print
Maybe some over exposure of the base layers.
Can you check the slices and see if it also is in the slices. Then it is something else causing this. Or the projector emitted full white before starting the print.
Spock looks very nice. So I wouldnt worry about the lattice being weird.

Re: ***Totally Stoked!!***
Nice tails. How are you gonna apply the texture to where the support was? With a bur or graver? Also do you have any tips on how to support a bracelet? I have to print some braclets that have a U profile. Smooth so fairly simple but when I print 3 only 1 will succeed. I tried your trick with extrudi...
