Re: Light Intensity
You would need the distance from the bulb to the surface, along with the overall area to do a rough estimate of the mW/cm^2. This can give you an idea of how to calculate it. I am sure we are all 'burnt out' (pun intended) whenever a new castable resin comes along, but does anyone have anythi...

Re: Circle pendant coming out egg shaped
Is the back of the scarf pin hollowed out? Maybe it is shrinkage of the resin due to the geometry?
I wonder if you print it on its back with elevated supports versus at an angle, would it do the same thing?

Re: Flashing issues
True but it also contaminates your resin with tiny little flakes of the cured resin peeling off from the flashing. Looking closer at your last photo, I do see a lot of small debris on the build plate. Did you filter your resin before that print? The only real solution is to back off the bottom laye...

I wouldn't worry about that, since it does help make sure the print stays secure to the plate.

Re: ResinWorks EasyCastHD castable resin
For Dust2Dust, I have one of the Paragon SC kilns with the fiber muffle and when I tried to do the fast ramp with the button up, I could see through my window that there was the water from the investment boiling and throwing splatters of wax along the walls of the muffle. That caused it to turn blac...
