Re: Starting/Finishing/Pausing a print
Yes, I sliced with the emerald (in the pop-up after pressing slice in 3D view), but the slicing profile was still set to Cherry. I didn't realize I had to change it. Enable Serial checkbox is checked. The projector is Dispaly1 and I did change the GCode. It was working fine until I changed the slici...

Re: Starting/Finishing/Pausing a print
I've switched from Cherry to Emerald resin and now my projector won't automatically shut off.
I also just realized I never changed my machine profile under configure slicing profile.
hmm, I've gotten a few good builds so far...

Re: Mis prints
Ran it through the slicer to double check and you're right. Its a fraction of a mm but it is there. Guess I got lucky.

Re: Mis prints
My meshes are fine and there are no overhangs visible in the slice view. I've run it through a different slicer just to make sure. My base and supports print fine, its usually just a piece of my model near the end of the build that doesn't print. I've been having success most of the time but there a...

Re: Mis prints
Other than being curved the supports printed fine. My main concern is the failure. If you think larger supports will help I'll give it a shot.

Re: Mis prints
By cleaned I mean I poured the resin into a cup through a strainer and gently wiped out any remaining chunks with a silicone spatula. There were a few pieces cured to the film, I gently pushed up on the bottom with the spatula and picked them off with the tweezers. I don't think I scratched the film...

Re: Mis prints
My first print was a simple round band and it came out great, after that I've had no success. I've tried 3 times to grow these rings. I've cleaned the vat, calibrated the build plate, checked the .stl files and checked the slice view. Is there an easier way to check the slices other than clicking th...

Starting/Finishing/Pausing a print
Got my first print off the machine and it looks great! I've just got some basic questions I'm hoping you can help with. Do I need to physically turn the projector on before each build? Or should it be set up to automatically come on when I press play? When the printer is finished do I need to be the...

Re: Nvidia settings
So I was taking a little shortcut by using a cord that was already plugged into the computer. HDMI cable now installed, but unfortunately I still don't have the option to change the dynamic range under DISPLAY. The only place I can find an option to change the dynamic range is in an advanced tab und...

Re: Nvidia settings
I was changing the resolution under VIDEO, I'll go back and change those back. Under display I don't have those options and have just loaded the latest drivers. I'm using a VGA cord. Is this why the setting isn't available? Is there a downside to using a VGA cord? Will an HDMI cord give me sharper p...
