My guess is that the paint burns off a lot sooner than the resin giving room for expansion and leaving a smooth surface in the investment.

Had that sticking to plate also. Support not on the floor when sliced. Least mine was that way. So when print started it attached to film instead. For each model make sure you "Move" to floor.

I just did a ring that has Marquise and round shapes heads. First two attempts failed. Just printed the shank part. You have to support that outside edge on your curves.

OK found the right one. Only difference is the one that comes with it is rated 12V 2A My other one was 12V 1A

In unpacking I put my power supply to the side and it was on top of another machine. I want to be sure it is correct one to use. AC/DC Model HHWY1201 output 12VDC

You are using a UPS power supply/battery back up? Help when the power flickers. Have had different machines restart if a big enough flicker/surge.

Most all can using the right rubber. There are several that only take 140 degrees to make a mold. Or use the silicone ones,
