You can use any phosphate base investment though more expensive and get top notch results. You should be able to get a phosphate base investment. Resin cast and Satin Cast investment
Has anyone try to cast resins using basic Satin Cas 20 investment?
Here in Finland we dont have any Plasticast or Prestige resellers, so we have only few options when selecting investment..
So is it even possible to use basic investment with these resins?

I always flask my wax and resins separate. I know some do both in same flask. You may have to add boric acid to the satincast to withstand the higher temperature. Resins need to burn out at 1400-1450 degrees. I have great success with the Prestige investment from Stuller. http://www.stuller.com/pro...
