Hi all
I'm having a project to fabricate large parts. The part is 11cm length. I tried to tilt as maximum possible as shawn on the pictures below.
In the software the parts were fitting but at the end I was missing several millimeters.
My main limitation is that I was not able to set a window at 80x45mm but more something like 72x42mm (38xy resolution). I was not able to center the projection on the quartz so I can't use the full volume. Any idea how to solve that?
Can it be the mirror inside? I had unmounted it one time as I had a leak of resin inside? The projector is fixed with the screws and I tried to adjust the feet.
Else the printing quality over such big object with the solus resin is extremly good. I had achieved 0.1mm precision over the 111mm length. Others parts are about 0 to 0.05mm size errors. And only a very small bending along the length.
Originally my colleagues were doing the structure with FDM printer... But that was before
Thanks for the potential help.

Contact me at info@junction3d.com and I'll tell you how to center the projection. If you can send me a photo of what your grid looks like (at 80x45) that would help.
