layer failures

Since 1 week our solus makes everythime at layer 407 these shifted layers.. i don't know what to do ....

Our solus had no problems since 3 months.. and now everytime..

Clean the lead screw with a paper towel and some alcohol and then apply some fresh grease. Then run the arm up and down a few times to lubricate. Most likely some dirt is packed into the thread at that location and is causing a shift when moving through.

Sadly it didn't help. everytime at the same layers. is it possible, that there is something in te slus that causes this error ?

Its really a problem.. we need our solus every day - is there a possability to get helped in Austria?
Bought the solus frm Spain :)

Yes exactly!

There are 2 layers that making problems.. but why?.


On the foto you cannot see it perfectly:

Where you mae the jellow circle is the layer not shifted to the right or the left - you see it when you look from the side on the model - i will upload some more photos tomorrow.

we tried different models.. but without success. Alwasy the same layers!

So - we resetted everything, now it seems, that solved the problem!!! :D

Maybe any bug, that causes this problem.

I believe he meant Re-set all the settings.
