Hello,
I am very happy with this UV curing oven, but it will be great if this 60 sec. timer could be bypassed. Does anybody successfully done this?

Yes is possible just don't leave it on for hours because it will eventually fry and be careful because it gets really hot after a few minutes.

Here is a pic of how the wires are rearranged.

If you bypass it, definitely get an external timer like a bathroom fan switch and use that to power on and off the cure box.

You might even need to ventilate the unit with a small computer box fan to ensure the electronics or ballasts do not overheat.

I will wire an external timer which will stop the power after 20 min. Thanks for the suggestions.

The hack is done. Actually the temperature rising significantly after only 5 min. So I mounted a small fan and a external timer and now I can cure my models with 3 min. cycles.
