failed prints

Postby reza27 » Mon Oct 09, 2017 12:49 pm

after some failed prints (broken or halfway prints) the printer totally printed the object i show it in pictures but still there is a problems in model
first one is the distortion in model .in the attached picture you can see a straight surface get curved and i have no idea how happened this problem.the platform is calibrated, resin shaked well and the film is replaced whit the new one
the second problem is the having extra added layers to model.as you can see near the supports there is the little layers and the bottom surface is not straight enough
and one more question :i measured the projector light whit flux meter and there was a massive difference between top left corner and bottom right .top left light was 120 luman and bottom right was about 70.is that ok or may this is cause of problem?
thank you
