HI QUARTS IS STUCK AT AN ANGLE AND WONT GO BACK UP, WHAT DO I DO?

Well at least your CAPS LOCK key works

Have you tried, unplugging the USB cable from the back, re-plugging it, then restarting contour and then running the home cycle again?

The spring might have come off. Will have to open it up to see.

its all good i opened it up, the screw that brings it up had gone down to low
