The platform calibration worked to get me printing again. But I also noticed this on the last print is off in X
why would it have a distinct break and then be offset to one side and continue printing? This computer is not hooked up to the Internet if that could have been am issue.

Power surge??

Inquiring minds want to know :?:

Hello,

I'm not exactly sure what would cause something like this. My best guess would be the lead screw. Turn off your solus and try rotating the thread by hand and see if there are any rough places. A recommendation would be to grease your lead thread.

The print shifted completely, which implies the either the print shifted when peeled, the image from the projector shifted pixel-wise during the print or the build platform moved and then stayed in that position.

Did you try it again and did the same issue happen? How about if you restart the app and reload the models, slice and print?

Lead screw issues usually result in some waviness in both the X & Y axis due to the rotation of the screw or Z-axis compression/expansion problems, but I haven't seen this type of failure.
