need Calibration help

Hi,
I recently updated the Solus Contour software and perfectly calibrated, but slice preview and actual print showing undesirable result. Why this happening, please help me in this Regard.

The slice preview shows the slices corrected for distortion. Therefore they will be distorted.

We will look into the distorted print you're getting after calibrating the grid.

It's possible that the distortion you're seeing around the squares is because of over-curing. You can see some flashing around the squares.

One way to test is to go to View, Slice Preview. Then move the slider so you can see the slices of all the squares. Then press the Project checkbox on the left. It will now project that slice, so you can see it on the piece of paper, just like the grid.

See if the squares are distorted then. Maybe measure them.

Please elaborate more about over-curing and how to resolve this problem.

Hi,

We will check the scene file asap but I agree with Emil that it looks like over cure and that's why the middles of the squares/rectangles are bulging. Have you tried projecting a slice and measuring the images?
