Ok, got a full print out. It's looking good except for some strange layer shifting. With the face facing the left/right of the machine, the layers are shifting to the front/back of the machine. I don't know why it didn't show up in the ring. On previous prints with Cherry, it has shown up as a bunch of lines. I ran some oil on the rods in case lubrication was the issue and there is now minimal lines(not sure if because of new resin or of oil) but the shifting is more apparent. Same height.
At green marked, it's 1 shift towards front of printer. At red marked band, it shifts backwards then seems to correct itself. Strangely, from side to side of machine, the shift seems to blend itself out. So it looks like there is no shifting from side to side. On previous prints with b9, lines went all around.

Re: Sample files for print?
This can happen from pressure build up inside the model. You need an exit hole on the top, but obviously sometimes that's not possible because of the model details.
I suggest slowing down the z lift speed from 100 to 75 and also increasing the buffer time from 1 to 3, for this particular print.

Re: Sample files for print?
Thank you, I'll try those settings out.
I'm confused on this pressure point. The bottom(side facing build plate) is open on all sides. You're saying a hole at the top(last part to print) would help the print?

No. If the bottom is open, then you're good. You should check inside the model to see if there are some unsupported areas that need to be supported.

I'm not able to make sense of it. I've sent the updated file. If you can take a quick look at it and see if I'm missing something.
Contour isn't allowing me to add supports to the vertical walls(horizontal stability?) in case that's the problem.

success
Thank you Monger. There were a couple more failures before I ran out of the SolusCast sample but I had a good feeling about how everything was going so I went ahead with a job using the SolusProto...WeW, Great stuff!
2nd print's supports came off at the start but the thing kept printing like nothing happened. Seems pretty forgiving. Nice and stiff too.
Been running prints all weekend with perfect results outside of the 2nd. I've never had such consistent results so far. I'm stoked.
Any suggestions for a cheap throwaway resin to use for "torture" test? I want to explore the orientation thing more.
Thanks for all the help!
