Hi Mark,
No, the spring appeared to be well secured to the hole at the base, it was at the other end, where it appears to fit over the angled arm, that seems to attach to the tilt mechanism.
There did not appear to be any hole to secure it onto the arm, it looked like it just sat over the arm itself.
As you can tell from my description i did not actually fully remove the base to get a clear view of everything. I'd love to take a better photo, but i'm reluctant to move the printer as its working so well!

Hi Mark, can you please help me out.
When homing the printer what i do is, loosen the 4 screws of the build platform, place a thin paper on the quarts, input $H, build platform goes down on the quarts, tighten the 4 screws, press +1 and then -1 to see that the paper is set tight on all 4 corners, press +50, press + 10, and print. I do this every time i restart CW. Because if i do like the manual says, just press $H, the build platform goes down on the quarts and i get a clicking noise and the controls don't let me put the build platform up, witch is the right way ?

Regards

You don't need to calibrate the build platform when you home ($h)! Just make sure to remove the build platform before homing and reinstall it after raising the arm up.

Have you wiped the film with anything abrasive like a paper towel?

Is this the original film? If not, the tension could be incorrect.

Is your exposure at the default (2800 ms for 30Z)?
