Print Error 2 hrs into print
Re: Print Error 2 hrs into print
Well, got a great print on the retry model I was having problems with.
UNTIL....I tried another set of models right afterward
One layer then all the way up and stopped.
I Cleared out, restarted, etc.....Got THIS ERROR message when I tried again.
Getting behind on my work a little bit now...
ANY help would be appreciated!
THANKS!

Check your ports in Device Manager. Under USB double click on them. Change the setting. Un-check the box if Checked. You want these to be always power on. I'm on home computer so my box is checked.

Mike,
Thanks for the help! I unchecked the boxes in power mgmt for USB. Got a good print after restart. THEN ANOTHER ERROR message. see pic
SHould I do an uninstall/reinstall or something?
4 days of inconsistent printing , tweaking between prints is not working very well.
ANY WORD from your tech guy, Emil?

Re: Print Error 2 hrs into print
Do you hear a disconnect sound when you touch the machine? It's possible that this is static related. Try discharging by touching something metal before touching the printer.
Unplug the usb from the back, run the homing cycle again. Before putting on the build plate and the resin tank, make sure to discharge. I've seen this happen when the customer had linoleum floors and the air was dry, so there was lots of static being generated.

Re: Print Error 2 hrs into print
That last message sounds like a memory problem, or disk problem. Is your file in a folder on the computer? Or on a flash-drive? If that happen mid print, i'm guessing it's looking for the file and it's gone. Or can't access it.
Go look at what this code means. About what I said.
