Windows update Trashed my Contour software

Windows update paralyzes your computer until you install their crappy updates then it trashes all your settings. I tried shutting the updates off but that didn't work.

I'm A jeweler not a computer expert.

Contour is looking for license data where do I find that?

For our dedicated laptop we shut off wifi and dont have it on a network. If it is not connected to the internet, then windows cant come in and wreck things without us knowing. The only time that laptop connects to the internet is for Contour updates, after that I unplug the ethernet.

David, email us the new Product ID that it presents you with and we will send you the new license data.

You also need to make sure windows update did not reset your full rgb settings (quanitinization options for intel). Make sure to set that to full.
