Hey all, I’m looking for someone in the Vancouver, BC area that can assist me in getting my printer running 1000%

What problems are you having? If your computer has win 10, it auto update all the time if it's connected to the internet. Even if you have update turn OFF. These updates change settings of the display settings. When I have issues, I go back over every detail in the manual about setup. Then it's to re calibrating the printer. Proper film tension and supports put in correctly are critical in my option. I tried to print a pendant for a 60mm stone. Slit it of course. It fail 5 time till I make the supports tip bigger. Sometimes that's all it takes.
