z-screw tight

Basically, i've been having problems with contour stopping during my prints. (during 1, it actually rammed the print into the bed mid-print, only punctured the film though-no broken glass this time). Thought it was software or something with the file but now think it's related to what just happened/happening.
The motors sound like it's struggling to get the thing down and back up during homing. Actually, it can barely move the thing at all.I turn everything off and now there's a lot more resistance turning the z screw to reset everything. I've lubricated the rods yesterday after noticing it sounded a little different.
Now, I did lubricate it during the last project I used the Solus on(couple of months ago) when I noticed the platform stick on the end switch a little longer than usual. I've lubricated it before then also as soon as I noticed timbre change, didn't change it "back" so i thought it was just my imagination.
Not sure what to do next
ED1: I removed the screws from the triangular thing(anti backlash nut?). Z rod is still hard to turn.
