Thank you I will try that next. I tried turbo mode and the prints failed both times and had even worse flash than before. I went back to the 10 micron setting and had a fairly good result. This time I did the following:
New film
Cleaned lens
New test bottle of resin
When fixing the vat to the printer as soon as I started to feel tension I turned it 45 deg and stopped.
Printed at night

I had two small bits of flash no more than 2-3mm but still dealing with lots of striations. I was hoping the light tension on the vat would fix that.

I have noticed that your quality print is not that great. I would assume your film might be too tight or it needs to be completely changed.

Yes. The print quality with the orange resin should be outstanding. I see heavy overexposure.

My first instinct is to ask you to check the projector settings, however you already did that.

It's possible that your projector is slightly more powerful.

Please try lowering the exposure and printing at 30z layer thickness. Lower the exposure by 0.4s and see if that helps.

Thank you I will try that. Currently test printing at 10microns with .6 exposure and slower lift.
