Also you should try the gel that Junction 3D are now selling for use with SolusWax:

Failing quality without changing anything
I do have that gel, might give it a try. Why I didn't use it before - the initial layer(s) or lattice stick to the plate quite alright, it's the upper layer of lattice is falling down. So it's not about sticking to the build plate, is the sticking of lattice layers to each other.

I assume the best approach for you right now Is to review all your basic settings and most importantly redo a test with the ring provided by solus only for now.

Have you checked the build plate to the quarts top to see if all corners are tight. (Build plate Calibration) Or your quarts has shifted. Too much heat will loosen the glue tape holding the quarts. BTDT

What do you mean by that? I searched the forum, but still couldn't understand. Could you please explain?

True. Got the printer this way (and without one leg), never noticed.

Re: Failing quality without changing anything
Sure that's a newer printer. Bet they made a few changes.
I would start all over again. Check all settings for computer, printer, projector. I notice my computer update again last night. Hate Win 10. lt will sometimes change settings.
Also clean it very well. I see a lot of resin on the outside of your vat. Possibly over filling the vat. It can leave a clear resin smudge on the table. And also the lens on projector and the front lens on the printer. This will keep it from printing good. If you see a rainbow of color when cleaning it, It's not clean. Your vat should slide back and froth on the quartz when it's clean. If it sticks, it's still dirty.

Who did you get the printer from? That has been modified.

Cleaned everything, checked the settings, added a drop of machine oil to the lead screw, rotated it too, calibrated the plate, tried printing one small model - got the whole film cured and lying in the vat. Next print too.
