What causes this error
Job runs about 30 minuets and then this comes up

Can you email me your LOG file? You can get to it by going to EDIT, VIEW PROFILES FOLDER, then go up one directory. It's the file called SOLUSCONTOUR.LOG

I had an update request this weekend. You??? It may have changed your usb ports. They should be set to always on. Not to go idle. If they go idle you loose connection to printer or projector.

According to the log, the usb connection was lost. Could be the power saving setting, or could be a bad cable. I suggest changing the cable and checking your power saving settings.
