Just put in a new lamp. Once you get to "see manual" it say to press the Up Down buttons in sequence. I've tried every way, does not reset. Does it matter which buttons you press first? Also odd that I had to go and set up the projector setting from scratch. Can't believe replacing the lamp would cause that. I have not been able to get a good print. I got about 3/4 of two rings. Tried a cross today, got the bottom support layer, no supports, and a floating couple layer cross.

Getting back up on work now. ARgggg

I think the sequence matters.

Did you get the bulb directly from Infocus? Which resin are you using?

I got it through amazon which was from Infocus. Cause on Infocus website they were out. Go figure. I am using the new solus wax.

I did finally find the sequence to follow. Very busy in store today and did not have a chance to try it. And in leaving tonight and shutting down the computer, it said shut down and update. Crazy you set everything so it won't update and Microsoft finds a way to screw you up anyway. Will see if anything got changed tomorrow.

Our dedicated laptop is not connected to the internet. Never had any issue with random updates. Marc.

I use dropbox to post my stl files. I do my design work at home and print at the store. Would forget the usb drive, plus all ports are used by printer and projector. Usually I'll just reset computer to previous day.
