I did the calibration but haven't replaced the film, I recently bought the aluminum one that came with the film already installed figured that the film would be fine but I'll replace then try a print, thanks.

Re: Print fails
Sometimes I find one side not tighten down enough. Try turning the screw that holds the vat on by 1/2 turn.

Re: Print fails
I actually tried playing around with the screws and had no luck, I'll replace the film though, thanks a bunch and will post pictures this time if I get the same results.

Re: Print fails
Hi Joe,
It seems like the latest batch of SolusProto is much quicker than before.
Please update your software to the latest beta and then press RESET in the SolusProto resin profile. Then press OK to close. Now you should have the latest version of the profile that includes a Light Intensity slider. It's set on 7 by default.
Lower that slider to 5 or 4 and run a test print. That should fix the flashing issue you're having. Adjust the slider until you have the optimal print quality. You can also lower the exposure time slightly, but try the slider first.

Re: Print fails
Bad supports. Probably lots of overhangs that are not supported properly.
I suggest orienting it differently and making sure to support every overhang.
