Failed prints

Recently I have had failed prints.
I have calibrated print plate several times (used 0,06mm, 0,10mm, 0,11, 0,13 paper and old film) and replaced film.
Computer settings are ok (RGB etc.). No automatic updates.

I have tried different thumbscrew "settings", even fully loosen (so no tigntening at all and vat is "floting").

Quartz, teflon, lenses and mirrors are clean. Resin is well shaked with heat and nuts and bolts.

Printer and projector are about 2months old, so it shouldnt be lamp.

What should I try next?

Who did you get the printer from? I suggest contacting them, so they can help you do some diagnostics and check everything with your setup.

Ok. I'm sure Jordi is on it, and will help you figure it out.

If I had to give advice, I would say increase the exposure time by about 0.5s.
