A lot depends on bulb age- hours of use. I had just put in a new bulb. My setting in the projector menu I believe is at 50 or 55%. If you have a lot of hours on the bulb, you might need 60% to 65%. It's a trial and error thing.
Course other things could be culprit , like film tension, dents in it, resin on lens or front glass of printer.

If you hear too much noises while printing, try lowering the z-lift speed when printing large pieces like that. b9 resins (especially yellow and emerald) are really sticky.
