contour crashing

Hi did anybody had this problem contour crashes when using print wizzard,it does not upload the print,never had this before.
Any help is welcome.

I have been getting a black screen when starting Contour. Mostly when the projector is still starting up. If I let the projector get up and running then start Contour, I have no problem. This started since last Windows Update. I can start Contour and after it opens then turn on projector. So I feel it's a Windows thing not a Contour thing.

If you had a Windows update, that can cause problems also. If so do a restore point before the update.
