Hi,
I just replaced my lamp and housing last night and I can't seem to get these earrings to grow. The test blocks that I grew last night came out fine. I set my exposure buffer time to 1.5 seconds. Any other tips to get these to grow? All of the supports grew fine.
Delicate parts seem to fail the most

Re: Delicate parts seem to fail the most
Hi Kristy,
We already discussed the solution to this issue in the Solus FB group.
The issue is most likely the sphere support tips. We don't recommend using those to anchor down the prints. Use regular supports. 0.3-0.4mm tips recommended for emerald resin.
Also, increasing exposure buffer is not how you increase exposure. That's the buffer time, the extra pause between layer exposures. You can lower that back to 1.
If you wanted to adjust the layer exposure, you need to click on the EXPOSURE button and use that table to change the corresponding value (for ALL layers, not BOTTOM).

Re: Delicate parts seem to fail the most
Thanks to Emil I was able to get this to grow today. I followed the attached instructions and it grew perfectly! It's easy sometimes to get frustrated and blame the equipment for the failure but this was user error. Hopefully next time this happens I'll be better prepared to problem solve it more quickly. Thanks again Emil.
