During print failure platform is in low position

Postby rrobbie » Mon Aug 12, 2019 1:17 pm

Dear Fellows!

Please help me to fix my issue!

During the printing a model something caused a failure and print process stopped.
The platform in low position now.
How I can set it to start position without damaging the crystal?
The vat is in its place and I can't remove.
Is there a method to lift up the platform easily?

Best regards,

Robert

Do you have Creation Workshop installed? Whenever I have had this happen I close out of Contour, open Creation Workshop, connect to the printer, select the control tab, and click the arrow to move the Z axis up.

Turn off power to the printer. Turn the screw by hand to raise it up.
Once high enough take off build plate. Power back on and do home cycle.
