CW freezing/ not projecting

Hey guys,

Just wondering if anyone has had anything like this -

I'll be into a print when the projector stops projecting and the build plate stops moving up and down.
In the CW window at the top right, the elapsed time keeps ticking on, but the percentage stops counting.

The other problem I have is a complete freeze. It's a new laptop with Windows 10 and nothing else running.

Try erasing CW and unzipping it again. If you've made any changes to any of the profiles you should record them. It's also a good idea to close CW between every print to clear the memory. Don't forget to use the shutter if you close CW.

Make sure you have updates turn OFF. Check it often. It keeps turning back on for me. Also make sure you com ports are set to never go to sleep or turn off. (device manager) The same in power settings. Set to NEVER for sleep, screen saver, hibernate ect. Both plugged in and battery. Also set to High performance.
I'm beginning to think it's wise to NOT be connected to the internet.

I've tried printing in Airplane mode (wifi off), same thing was happening.

I 're-installed' CW this morning and had two successful plates, so hopefully that's it.
