Glad it worked Kevin.

The popping noise is normal for large areas that create vacuum. It can be helped by putting holes in the base mesh to lessen the solid areas.

Since you opened this thread, I'm now marking it as solved.

The first few layers have a longer exposure and you will hear more popping on those layers. I personally like to here a little popping as I know the print is attached to the build plate.

I believe you are right about that.

I've had a heating fan affect the printer when it was in the same room. Moved it out and it was fine. I'm guessing some equipment may affect the printer if it's too close.

Been having very good results lately with the machine, with the exception of one file. This model for reasons I'm still trying to understand is having a great deal of trouble building. You can see a picture of this model on my first post in this thread(Wide thick scattered diamond band) Originally I had this file being grown upright. As you can see in my previous post on this thread, that didn't go as planned. lol So after troubleshooting the machine and getting it running good(Along with turning windows update off) machine started pumping out some very good models. After I got caught back up with my workflow, I came back to this wide band and gave it a 2nd attempt. For the 2nd attempt I decided to lay the piece flat with a little bit of angle to it. I've attach a photo showing what the failure looks like. Before I tried a 3rd time, I ran the model through both Netfabb and Magics and neither found any issues with the model. Just to be safe also, I rebuilt the band in CAD using a different strategy in case my building methods might of been causing some kind of issue with the model.(Unlikely but wanted to rule it out) After running the part on the machine a 3rd time I had the same exact failure. Is there a different support strategy I need to take with wide thick bands? Does the B9 emerald material have any struggles with thick pieces? I'll attach a picture of my support structure for review.(I make supports in matrix just an FYI) Any help or advice is much appreciated as I'm getting a headache trying to wrap my head around what could be the cause of this.

That is not the optimal way of orienting and printing that model. Stand it up on on of the corners. If you need help, email me the STL file at info@junction3d.com and I'll support it for you.
