Z motor not moving properly

Hi

Since today, I'm having some problem with the z motor. The homing works fine and when I want to do a new printing (after a first printing) the z motor stop at something like 2-3cm from the printing position. In general, restarting the system works and allow to do a new printing, but again when I want to do a new printing the motor stop after several centimeters of displacement.

When the motor stop moving it is making a small buzz noise.
