Prints not sticking

Can anyone offer any advice on what could be the problem. Prints were doing great and was getting about 90% success rate on all grows. Then it turned to hit or miss with prints not sticking. and now nothing is sticking. I've tried new film and re calibrating. Any suggestions on what to try next?

I would try re-calibrating the build platform.

Check the film tension in vat. Also the tension against the quartz I find is a factor, too tight or loose and print won't stick. Well maybe to the film.
Also make sure to strain your resin from vat. could have small cured resin that wont allow the the build plate to be flush. Would also cause dimples in the film.

Where do I find instructions on calibrating the build table? I looked in the original instructions and didn't see anything for "build table". I have calibrated the XY axis with the projector, not sure if that was what you meant. I have also checked my resin, it is strained with a fine strainer as soon as grow is completed. Could it possibly be a lamp going out? this seemed to be a gradual problem over the last couple of months. Yellow would grow great, then it began to not stick, then green did well, then it wouldn't stick, and I've been using MJ Wax cast with absolutely no hiccups, and now it won't stick. Thoughts?

if it still won't stick after calibrating the build plate, try scuffing the plate against some sandpaper on a flat surface.
