homing cycle

Running homing cycle please wait and nothing happens....
What do I need to do? I had just did the unplug usb and reset button because build platform was stuck at the base of z in the vat with no action.Any Ideas?????

Are you running Contour or CW?

Please turn off the power and screw the arm up by hand until you can remove the platform and vat and try homing again.

This is just it , the homing after removing everything is where it is stuck.....

The arm will move back down to the bottom and stop or won't move at all now?

No sir,does not move at all. screen just says wait put nothing (no motion) is happening.

Were you able to move the screw up and remove the platform and vat?

One time that happened to me. I closed Contour and open CW and was able to use the Up command.

Did you reboot your computer to clear out the memory?
