Please help, the resin sticks to the film every print. Seem like the same spot most of the time.
What shall I do ? Also, How do you know when your prints are all the way cured? Any check points?
What is burnout cycle for b9 emerald? I do outsource for casting, however , I need to be able to tell the guy the burnout cycle.
Thank you

A couple more questions. 1 Can you over cure prints? I might sound stupid here, I'm a newbie >..< 2. Why putting prints in water cure faster? 3. Can you reattach the old film if you feel the tension isn't right? And once you have remove the film from the VAT, Can you clean it with Isopropyl alcohol?
Thank you
Thank you

I'm sure this is support related. I see the inside is also hollow? Possibly there is an area that creates a vacuum, which can affect the middle of the build area more.
It's hard to say for sure without looking at the file.

I've tried another print. And the resin still sticks to film. How can I avoid this? Do I need to change exposure time?
Thank you

So it doesn't stick to the build plate? If so, you might need to recalibrate the build plate. Also make sure you're not over tightening the resin tank knobs.

Try printing more in the middle of the gird.

Normally it's a full size print. But it would stick to the same spot ( mostly in the middle and a rectangle like in the photo). I have to clean up after every single print. How can I avoid that?

Are you using a VGA cable instead of hdmi? Looks like the no signal status message that pops up in the corner. This can sometimes happen with the vga cable. That's why we recommend using the hdmi.
