HI
This thin layer sometimes fall into resin tank..even it will damage the surface of platform when cleaning..

i tried already changing the settings Exposure 80x45 - All 2.1 bottom 5

any tips?

You have to reduce the time of your "Initial Layer Exposure", this time depend on your projector power. For my Vivitek it's around 3s but you can put more to be sure it will stay on the build plate.

I HAVE Vivitek 1188 Can you share me some settings ? pls
Im always printing trough 80x45 mm platform
