5 Cube 5 different result
To calibrate I printed five 10mm cubes on the same platform, I get 5 different results, Which one I should use to calibrate. Cube 1 to 3 are printed without the support and else print with support.

You need heavier supports for that top. And have them going straight down from edge of ring top to build plate along with some up the center.

This could be only a calibration issue. Those rings can be printed without any supports.

For calibration, I printer 10mm cube with these rings and results of a cube is x-9.99, Y-10.04 and in Z-9.95.

Hi Kamal,
Is this happening with every ring? Can you print the sample ring? I think I emailed it to you before.

I'm not yet successfully and continuously print since I bought Solus. Every print creates something new problem for me, and this simple Ring already print four times and not yet get success. I've attached the latest picture of this ring. Still, I can't say it's successful, some wavy surface on upper part of ring visible, Ring look like oval and some support get bent, Why?. Yes, You have emailed before.

The print is still shifting somewhat when it gets back to that thick section after printing the thinner shank sections. Is the thick part hollowed out any?
I think heavier supports are the key to stabilizing the ring. Maybe there are some changes to the film tension or the exposure time that can also help somewhat?

Look like that bottom shank support is too thin. You should try printing the sample ring from Reify-3D first to see if it is your model problem or the machine problem. It is more likely your model and support problem to me.
