grainy missing parts and heavy build lines

Postby Mhgjewel » Thu May 18, 2017 5:07 pm

in the past a scuffed film would cause these grainy missing parts, any other suggestions on a cause? also these heavy build lines at 75% of the build seems to be showing up, any thoughts?

Do you happen to know if your film is too tight.

hey Mark, thats always a challenge to figure that out. i always tighten the screws until it just feel resistance. whats crazy is every print for months was perfect i didnt even need to think about anything then it all went to shit. im back up to ok with green only but i really like the quality i was getting with a 50%50% b9 green and cherry. in a perfect world 50/50 b9 green/ maker juice was the best resolution but could cast it. it pitted everywhere. we are gonna try the premere optima investment from stuller to see if that makes a difference,

Might be your tilt motor then. I suggest getting the new tilt motor upgrade kit. Contact me for details if interested.
