Residue or resin on the bottom of the tank or on the Quartz is big no no (because: optical surface)

So what can I use to get it off the quartz. I tried a little dawn on damp pec pad. Followed by alcohol l. Still a little film/residue.

Also would this be why it printed the whole gird?

Definetly not dawn. I use 90% alcohol from the drug store and a paper towel on the Quartz. For the bottom of the tank use pec pads with some alcohol instead of paper towels. Paper towels will scratch the film.

If it printed the entire build area then you need to check your graphics card settings as described in part 1 of the manual.

Will check to see if my settings got changed somehow.
After getting to top of the table clean I notice the underside also had a film on it along with the mirror. Had some resin seep inside and guessing the fumes cause the residue. All clean now.

Did a print today and it came out great. That is after I fixed my settings for the display adapter. Thanks for suggesting Emil. Figured it was going to be computer related.
I swear a ghost lives in Windows 10. Not only where mys settings changed, but Cortana switched back on. I have tried to disable all extra junk running.

Its amazing what is always running on a computer. I have tried to remove as much stuff as I can o0n my laptop for the Solus. The more junk I remove the more consistent the prints are. What is worse the newer laptops have all the App crap and it is loaded with blotware. I think I finally have most of that removed as well. Mark

Instead of making a new post I post here. Was printing a pendant today and look at printer and the platform was all the way up. So figured it was done. Soon as I walked back there it went down in a hurry. Thought I was going to have a broken quartz. I notice it was at 107% complete. I swear I have gremlins in my computer.
