First Printout Fail. Please help.

Did you check you graphic card settings. We can not tell from the pictures if it is a support issue.

Hi,

Hard to see what happened from the photos but it looks like a support issue. I'll email you a test ring to try first.

Thank you guys.

I found that the support of the model is the big issue here. Now this is my latest print. Looks better except the bottom surface but still figure out.

When you say "Angle", is it about rotating the object before print?
