so Iv been having real good results casting the soluscast by just curring in my Quans 20 w lamp overnight and treeing up and casting in optima invesment , been happy with my results ,

But this question is for suggestions and ideas as to how people are removing the rings ( soluscast ) from the build plate , I find I'm making a mess every time I do , I'm using a plastic watch tool ( Bergon ) I got from jules borel , worked fine for the green but the blue really sticks a lot harder to to the plate and am having a bear of a time ?

can some one share what they are using with some pics please

I use one of these to remove the prints very carefully. Sometimes, just a regular blade without the holder so I can get it laying flat enough and gently separate the part without damage.

I use a single edge razor blade. What monger uses without the handle

I use the same. Just lay the blade as flat as possible to the platform. I use a wiggle motion.

I put a drops of Denature alcohol where the plate and base layers meet and then pull up a little.
Once a little pulls up I then put another drop of denature alcohol and from then on it just peels very easily without snaping.
It works very well

Just don't put Denature Alcohol on the model.
