What is the lower limit of dimensional accuracy achievable with the Solus?

I have seen some photos of micro structures printed with the Solus and I'm curious what it takes to print that small? I think a highly pigmented resin is necessary? Is there modification necessary to the lenses / focusing distance?

I'm asking because I'm wondering about the possibility of using Solus to print a jet or arrays of jets for a DIY inkjet type 3d printer to suitable dimensional tolerances / material properties.

As far as I know there is no adjustment to lens. It's all in resolution, lift speed, exposure, ect. I believe Emil has printed some of these.
