Please tell me what is happen

I don't know what is going on. 2 months already keep printed like that. can you guys tell me what is I miss . or what is wrong with my print, all I did the same with Emil instruction and look up from reify forum too. I am too tire with my solus hhttp://reify-3d.com/forum/download/fil ... ew&id=1243

HI,

You need to set your RGB to full, not limited. Are you running a PC or laptop?

I am going with laptop ,and recheck too many times the same with instruction you sent for me. and I am going with window 8 .

That's what happens when the full rgb is not enabled.

my window 8 don't have full range RGB do I need update to 10 so maybe have full range RGB , but you need send me the serial for activate contour ,
Can I do it ?

Are you running Intel or Nvidia graphics? Most laptops use Intel and even if they also have Nvidia, Intel handles the HDMI connection. Try updating your graphics drivers.

my laptop have intel and Nvidia too, and up to date from intel and Nvidia too. but did not see full range .last time when I ran on window 10 i saw it and had been set up like that. but after rolling back window 8 full range gone. so now i am update to window 10 . and tomorrow i will need you help me with contour license.

You need to manually download the new Intel graphics driver and update it.

I did download window detect from intel and install already.

I found that using the Windows auto detect feature for drivers was useless. Best to manually get the latest driver from the manufacturer's website, just to be 100% sure. My Solus laptop has and integrated Intel card separate NVidia card. Windows driver check said they were both up to date. Turned out they were both at least 6 months out of date.
