I just placed an order for a bottle of proto resin and a backup film.

I was wondering a few things, the first being , typically how long do the orders take to process and where are they shipped from?

I need the resin asap.

the second question is regarding the settings in creation workshop for the proto resin, where can I find the settings for 42xy?

It will ship out tomorrow, from Valencia, CA. We ship via UPS Ground.

We have updated profiles for the Contour software. I suggest upgrading to Contour for optimal print quality. We no longer support the Creation Workshop software.

I have a rush job that I need to take care of and then off for a much needed vacation (three years already, lol)...looking forward to using the proto resin as im sick of all the experimenting already!!

im sorry Monger( or anyone else) can you help me understand how to install these profiles?

I downloaded the profile for the proto resin but I cant figure out how to get it to show up in the creation workshop dropdown menu in the profiles.

To install the resin profile in CW, simply copy the file into the 'Profiles' folder in your Creation Workshop folder, then restart CW. You should be able to select it no from the drop-down.
