bulge on print

Hey all, I've been getting prints where when almost finished it creates a bulge. I haven't been able to get a smooth print.
this is starting to happen in smaller designs. I have checked the film and put new resin. some items print fine then the bulge
does anyone have any similar problem. Help...

Can't tell anything from that small photo. Maybe post a larger one, and from multiple angles?

sorry for the delay here are a couple of pics of the ring with the bulge and there are several others. my prints right now are hit and miss.

this is the b9 green resin. Its been the only one ive been using. I never have had this happen. now many of the prints come out like this.
I try different places on the print head and I filter the resin before prints. just cant crack this nut???? small rings seem to print ok but I still get
some bulge
